ISPE, Inc. Board members are elected by ISPE, Inc. members during an AGM meeting hosted at the CExxxx Conferences. CExxxx Conference attendees are offered membership of ISPE, Inc. as part of the registration fee.

The board has the following objectives:

• Enhancing research and development in the wide area of concurrent engineering.
• Promoting exchange and sharing of information and solutions in this field.
• Organizing workgroups to develop new insights and initiatives.
• Managing the finances of ISPE.
• Organizing and supporting CExxxx Conferences.
• Sponsoring keynote speakers and Student Best Paper.
• Maintaining and auditing annual accounts and submit to the ISPE, Inc. AGM at each conference, including provision of the nominal ISPE, Inc. administrative costs with prior agreement of the Organization Community and passing the ISPE, Inc. budget for the year to come.
• Maintaining the ISPE, Inc. Website and links to CExxxx Conference Website
• Soliciting funding from industry, governments and international communities.
